Reiki Session

A Distant Reiki session is the least invasive for you. There is no need to leave the comfort of your home.

Within 24 hours of scheduling your session, you will start receiving email communication from me. We will take the time to make sure any questions you have are fully answered. We will also take the time to discuss what brought you to this Reiki session and what you are hoping comes from it.

When the time you scheduled arrives simply lay down in your favorite relaxing spot. That may be your bed or a hammock outside. Somewhere you won’t be disturbed. When I start your session, I will text you to let you know as well as answer any last-minute questions you may have. During your session, you may experience a plethora of sensations.

I will text you again when the time is up and I have completed your session. As always you can simply silence your phone and continue resting there is no need to respond immediately if you decide to respond at all.

After your session, I will continue our email communication to answer any questions and discuss anything that may have come up during the session.
